Overview
What this project is about
Coviq is an independent Gurugram workspace dealer—not a building owner. The website helps freelancers, startups, and teams find hot desks, private offices, meeting rooms, and day passes at partner properties in DLF Phase One, Platina Tower, and Vatika Triangle, then coordinates tours and operator introductions through to handover. The site had to explain the dealer model clearly, showcase property options and amenities, and drive qualified enquiries with team size, location, and workspace-type details.

Challenges
What we faced
Visitors often assume a coworking site sells its own floors—Coviq had to clarify the independent dealer role while still feeling premium and trustworthy.
Multiple workspace types and three key hubs can become a cluttered catalogue unless comparison and next steps stay structured.
Conversion meant qualified tour enquiries (not empty browsing), so forms and CTAs needed to capture real requirements.

Solutions
How we solved it
Messaging leads with “we find the workspace; partner operators run the centre,” backed by how-it-works steps, property hubs, and workspace-type cards.
Enquiry forms capture preferred property, workspace type, and contact details so the team can shortlist and arrange tours quickly.
Clean hierarchy and photography sell atmosphere while keeping practical dealer benefits (independent advice, end-to-end coordination, clear handover) visible.
Outcome
What finally came
Coviq now has a conversion-focused dealer site that helps prospects compare Gurugram options and reach the team with intent. The brand reads as a trusted matchmaker across DLF Phase One, Platina Tower, and Vatika Triangle—not a single-building listing page.
